What do I need to get started?
Only your contact details. You do not need photos or an X-ray to get in touch. In the first conversation our patient coordinator explains which information is useful for your case, for example an existing X-ray, if you have one, and the dentist decides which examinations are needed.

Many small issues can be solved remotely or by a local dentist using your documentation; if the clinic needs to correct something covered by the guarantee, the arrangements are explained in your guarantee terms.
